Please note training requires a booking fee to secure your preferred date. This booking fee is required at the time of booking. All booking fees are non-refundable in all cases.
You can browse our organised dates online using the “Enrol” page of your specific selected course. If you are booking “The Complete Lash Mastery”, please ensure that these dates (using each individual course) suit you, or contact a member of the team ahead of booking should you want to try and organise dates that are not displayed online.
In the event that the booking fee/receipt has not been received within 48 hours of booking (if transferring your booking fee) then your hold on this date will no longer apply and we will open the space up to other students.
All training sessions must be paid in full a minimum of seven days prior to the start of your training (or first training, if you are completing multiple courses).
This booking fee is non refundable in all cases. However this booking fee can be transferred to another date so long as the transferred date is within 6 months of the initial booking and a minimum of 7 days of transfer notice is given before the first training. If less than 7 days notice is given to reschedule, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Please note this extension does not take into consideration the available training dates and a transfer is at your risk. Failure to attend the rescheduled date, or requesting to reschedule more than once will forfeit the booking fee.
The transferred date/training must be decided on within 28 days of cancellation. In the
event that it is not rescheduled within 28 days, the booking fee will be forfeited. If the request to transfer is within 7 days of the booked appointment, the booking fee cannot be transferred.
Training booking fees cannot be redeemed on any other training courses, services or products other than those you have selected and are purchasing at the time of your transaction.
